The following are typical closing costs on Tiger Run transactions:
Buyer Closing Costs:
- 1/2 of the Closing Fee $160 ($320 total)
- HOA Record Change / Transfer Letter $150
- Working Capital Fund Fee $600
- Documentary Stamps on the Deed $25 - $60
- Deed Recording Fees $25 +/-
- Prepaid - Two months of the HOA fees paid in advance at closing $950 (currently HOA is $475/per month)
- Survey $800 - $1,000 *Not required
- Home Inspection $300-$500 *Chalets only
- Prorations - Varies
- Loan closing costs, if any
Seller Closing Costs:
- 1/2 of the Closing Fee $160 ($320 total)
- HOA Status Letter $150
- Tax Certificate $26 - $40
- Owner's Title Insurance $1,100 - $1,800 +/-
- Colorado 2% Tax Withholding - non-Colorado residents
- Brokerage Fee
